Does a woman have to make up the prayers she missed due to menstruation caused by medical treatment?

A woman does not have to make up prayers if she caused menstruation to descend and it did, because the ruling of menstruation is established by the presence of blood. Similarly, she does not have to make up fasts if she took something to prevent menstruation and then prayed and fasted, due to the absence of menstruation. The ruling revolves around its cause. Allah Almighty says: (They ask you about menstruation. Say, "It is an impurity") Al-Baqarah/222. Thus, with the presence of this impurity, its ruling is established, and with its absence, it is negated.
