Is it permissible to work for Jews on Friday until 12:0 noon, knowing that Friday prayer finishes before this time and there is no nearby Arab town to perform the prayer?

If your job entails missing the Friday prayer, and you are able to find another job to meet your life's necessities, then leave this job to preserve the Friday prayer. However, if you cannot find another job, then you are excused for missing the Friday prayer, and there is no sin upon you, Allah willing.
