What is the ruling on my working for Jews on Fridays in the construction field, given that the work ends before the Friday prayer and there is no nearby Arab town to perform the prayer?

It is not permissible to miss Jumu'ah prayer for work, except out of necessity, such as not having your daily sustenance or the sustenance of those you support except by working. However, if your workplace is one where Jumu'ah prayer is not established, and you cannot hear the call to prayer from a neighboring village, then Jumu'ah is not obligatory upon you, and you should pray Dhuhr.
