Will the reward of an employee who adheres to punctual attendance and departure be doubled, despite some of his colleagues' negligence in that regard, due to the nature of their work requiring them to go out to external parties?

The reward for performing good deeds and adhering to Sharia rulings in a corrupt environment is greater and more complete than in a righteous environment, due to the scarcity of helpers for good in the corrupt environment. That is why the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The one who acts among them will have the reward of fifty of you; for you find helpers for good, but they do not." And he said: "Islam began as something strange and will return as something strange as it began, so blessed are the strangers," who are "those who rectify when people become corrupt."
