The answer

Perfection in work is Islamically desirable, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah loves that when one of you does a work, he perfects it." The employee is entrusted with his work, and wasting work hours and not caring about responsibility is a betrayal of the trust, for Allah the Almighty says: "Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due." Disrespecting colleagues is a sign of bad character, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The most perfect in faith among believers are those with the best character." Employees must take care of their work and their work hours, and be keen on perfecting what is entrusted to them. Excessive harshness towards students has negative effects.
