Is it acceptable to pray Dhuhr at lunchtime (1:00 PM) and Asr after finishing work (4:00 PM), knowing that work is very busy?

Prayer is obligatory at its prescribed time, and it is not permissible to delay it except for a valid excuse. Officials should enable employees to perform it at its proper time. One must know the prayer times in the country. If it is impossible to perform the prayer at its time, then either leave this country or seek another job. If there is an urgent need for the job with no alternative, then it is permissible to combine two prayers (Dhuhr and Asr, and Maghrib and Isha), either by performing them early (Jam' Taqdeem) or delaying them (Jam' Ta'kheer), according to the opinion of those who permit it, such as the Hanbalis. Emigration and residing in lands of disbelief are not permissible except out of dire necessity. Acceptance of deeds is unknown, and a Muslim must strive to perfect their work and be sincere to Allah, while also fearing that their deeds may not be accepted.
