The written explanation is useful, but it does not completely replace the audio explanation, which helps in perfecting pronunciation. Among the best commentaries on Kitab At- are: Tayseer Al-Azeez Al-Hameed, Fath Al-Majeed, and Al-Jadeed fi At-Tawhid. And Allah knows best.
