We have not come across this specific wording, but a hadith from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) states that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever prays Fajr in congregation, then sits remembering Allah until the sun rises, then prays two rak'ahs, will have a reward like that of a complete, complete, complete Hajj and 'Umrah." Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi. The virtue of seeking knowledge during this time has also been reported. Al-Khatib Al-Baghdadi narrated a hadith: "For me to sit with a group remembering Allah from dawn until the sun rises is more beloved to me than anything upon which the sun rises."
