Is it permissible to replace teeth with X-ray films, and is this considered deception?

It is impermissible to sell human organs—including teeth—as this contradicts the honor bestowed upon humanity, whether the sale is for cash or by bartering, based on Allah's saying: "And We have certainly honored the children of Adam."
