Does installing a veneer on teeth to enlarge their size, or slightly shortening the front teeth, constitute altering Allah's creation and thus be forbidden by Islamic law? And are facial wrinkle treatment injections derived from cows permissible or forbidden?

The first question: Orthodontic treatment to correct a defect and restore teeth to their natural shape for therapeutic purposes is permissible, unlike if the purpose is for beautification and enhancing appearance.

The second question: Removing wrinkles resulting from aging is not permissible. However, if they result from pathological causes and disfigure the creation, there is no harm in treating them, provided no harm is incurred. The materials used in injections, if pure, are permissible. However, if they are impure, their use is not allowed except in cases of necessity and if no pure alternative is available.
