What is the ruling on undergoing orthognathic surgery for the jaw and teeth, and chin augmentation, to treat problems of malocclusion, breathing difficulties, and chin retrusion that worsen with age?

Surgically operations aimed at treating deformities are permissible in Islamic law because they fall under the category of seeking medical treatment and removing defects. However, operations whose sole purpose is to enhance beauty and aesthetics are not permissible, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed those who created spaces between their teeth for the sake of beauty.
