Does fitting removable or fixed artificial molars in place of extracted molars count as the forbidden alteration of God's creation?

It is permissible to install artificial teeth in place of extracted teeth due to disease or damage. The forbidden alteration of Allah's creation refers to dissatisfaction with Allah Almighty's creation in terms of tooth length, shape, or the gaps between them, for which Allah cursed its doer in Surah An-Nisa (4:117-119). The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, also cursed those who alter His creation for the sake of beauty, as stated in the hadith: "Allah has cursed those women who practice tattooing and those who get themselves tattooed, and those women who pluck eyebrows and those who get their eyebrows plucked, and those who make artificial gaps between their teeth for beauty, changing the creation of Allah."

Therefore, the prohibition of altering Allah's creation refers to what is done for the sake of beauty. However, if it is done out of necessity, for treatment, or to remove a defect, then there is no harm. The proof for the permissibility of installing teeth for those whose teeth have fallen out is what was narrated from Arfajah ibn As'ad, who lost his nose on the Day of Kulab in the pre-Islamic era. He made a nose of silver, but it became putrid, so the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded him to make a nose of gold. It is permissible to use gold for a tooth, nose, or similar when necessary if nothing else can serve its purpose. However, for beautification or adornment, it is not permissible for men except when there is a need, and it is permissible for women if it is their custom to adorn themselves with it.
