Do the husband's three conditions—namely, her complete obedience to him alone, her non-interference in his finances, and her readiness to move with him to another home to avoid her family's interference—conform with Islamic law, and what should he do if his wife does not adhere to these conditions, which he considers fundamental for the continuation of the marriage, especially after 42 days without a response from her and 77 days of discord?

A wife must obey her husband in what is right, and it is not permissible for her to refuse to move with him without a legitimate reason, nor to leave his house or forsake him without a lawful cause. Likewise, the husband must spend on his wife in a reasonable manner. If the husband fulfills this, then the wife has no concern with his money. What has been mentioned about the wife is sufficient to indicate her defiance (nushuz), and defiance is dealt with by following the শরعي (Shari'ah-compliant) steps. If that does not work, then wise people from both the husband's and wife's families should be sought for help. Divorce should only be resorted to if it becomes clear that it is the most beneficial option.
