هل العبارة "سبحان الذي سخر لنا هذا وما كنا له مقرنين وإنا إلى ربنا لمنقلبون" تعتبر دعاء أم جزءاً من القرآن الكريم؟

Verse number 13 from Surat Az-Zukhruf: {Exalted is He who has subjected this to us, and we were not [otherwise] capable of doing so} is recited when mounting with the intention of remembrance (dhikr), and it is permissible for one who is prevented from reciting the Quran, such as one in a state of major ritual impurity (junub), to recite it.
