Is there any cause for concern about the recurrence of tuberculosis after treatment?

Our advice to you is to cast away fears from yourself, for all events occur by Allah's decree and destiny. Illness does not hasten death nor delay recovery except by Allah's permission. You must be patient with illness, for it is an expiation for sins.

Continue with treatment and increase your supplications and good deeds, for they are among the causes of healing. Supplication lifts affliction, and do not despair of Allah's mercy.

Seek out causes for healing, such as drinking Zamzam water over which Surah Al-Fatiha has been recited, and using black seed and honey.

Increase in giving charity and feeding fasting people.

Maintain your morning and evening remembrances and the recitation of Surah Al-Ikhlas and the two Mu'awwidhatayn. Repeat "Hasbiyallahu la ilaha illa Huwa alayhi tawakkaltu wa Huwa Rabbu al-arshil-adheem" (Sufficient for me is Allah; there is no deity except Him. On Him I have relied, and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne) seven times in the morning and evening.

Be diligent in performing four rak'ahs of prayer at the beginning of the day, and in reciting the well-known supplications for lifting affliction, such as the supplication of Dhul-Nun and the supplication for distress and grief.
