Will God respond to my healing after my repentance and previous shortcomings toward myself, or should I just accept the doctors' inability despite a slim hope?

We advise you to continue repenting, performing many good deeds, and not despairing of Allah’s mercy and the answering of prayers. Continue seeking healing, for Allah has not sent down a disease without also sending down a cure for it. We also advise you to go to Makkah for Umrah, drink plenty of Zamzam water, reciting Al-Fatiha over it before drinking, and use black seed and honey. Furthermore, give generously in charity to the needy and provide meals for those fasting. Al-Bayhaqi mentioned a story about Ibn Al-Mubarak and a woman’s vision in which the abundant flow of water was a cause for healing.
