Is a bloodwit obligatory for one who removed a woman's hymen with his finger, being ignorant of its existence, and then learned of its existence later?

Touching a non-mahram woman is forbidden, and tampering with her major 'awrah, which led to the rupture of her hymen, is a heinous act. You must repent to Allah by abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it.

Regarding the removal of the hymen: 1. If it was without her consent (whether she is of sound mind or not): You are liable for the "arsh" (compensation) for her hymen, which is a just assessment determined by trustworthy experts. 2. If it was with her consent (and she is of sound mind): You are not liable for the "arsh," but you bear the sin of the transgression. 3. If she was not of sound mind (whether with or without her consent): You are liable for the "arsh."
