What is the difference between harassment, rape, and fornication/adultery, and what is the ruling on each of them?

Rape, which occurs when a woman is coerced into sexual intercourse, incurs no sin upon the victim. Rape is defined as the forceful imposition of sexual relations and is a crime punishable by law. Sexual harassment, on the other hand, involves offensive and unwelcome sexual advances. It is forbidden and necessitates disciplinary punishment (ta'zir) if the woman is not coerced, but coercion nullifies this requirement.
