What is the ruling on a Muslim woman working as a "supervisor" in a female student dormitory where the students do not adhere to the Islamic dress code, and what is the extent of a woman's 'awrah with another woman?

We ask Allah to grant the questioner steadfastness and truthfulness in word and deed. Her work as a supervisor is a great opportunity for da’wah (inviting to Islam), enjoining good, and forbidding evil. It is a responsibility for which she will be questioned.
