Is a woman required to seek permission every time she enters a new place or location, even if she left with her husband's permission, such as when she sought permission to go to the doctor, but then also went to buy household necessities and to secretly give charity?

If the husband gives his wife general permission to leave the house, she may go out for permissible purposes that do not violate the Sharia without needing renewed permission for each purpose. However, if he forbids her from going to a specific place, or restricts her permission to a designated place, then she is not allowed to go out except for what he has permitted her.
