Is it permissible for a husband to stipulate that his first wife must seek permission when leaving or when guests arrive, but not stipulate the same for his second wife?

It is among the husband's rights over his wife that she should not leave his house or allow anyone into it except with his permission. The evidence for this is Aisha's request for permission from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to visit her parents, and his saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "It is not permissible for a woman to fast while her husband is present except with his permission, nor should she allow anyone into his house except with his permission."

As for justice between two wives in this regard, it is not obligatory, as their situations may differ. The important thing is that the husband does not intend to harm his wife.
