The basic principle regarding women working is permissibility, as long as there is no evidence prohibiting it, and provided that the conditions for women's work are met. A girl's eagerness to financially assist her parents is a sign of her filial piety. It is possible to stipulate that she works for a specific period and then leaves the job, because the default is for a woman to remain in her home, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And abide in your houses." If the girl adheres to the regulations of women's work and the conditions for its permissibility, then the husband is not a cuckold for allowing her to work. It must be known that before the marriage contract, she is a stranger (non-mahram), so seclusion with her is not permissible, and she is not bound by the suitor's commands.
