Can one consider a year of congregational prayer to be equivalent to twenty-seven years of individual prayer, and ten of those years to be equivalent to 270 years, based on the hadith: "Congregational prayer is superior to individual prayer by twenty-seven degrees"?

Congregational prayer is superior to individual prayer by twenty-five or twenty-seven degrees. This means that its reward exceeds the reward of a solitary prayer. The two numbers (25 and 27) have been reconciled by explaining that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was first informed of twenty-five, then Allah increased the bounty. Another explanation is that twenty-seven is for loud prayers and twenty-five for silent prayers, or that the variation depends on arriving early at the mosque and waiting for the congregation.

The meaning of "degree" or "part" is that congregational prayer is equivalent to several prayers performed individually. For example, whoever prays in congregation for one day receives the reward of someone who prayed individually for 27 days, or 28 days according to Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar.

Some scholars applied this themselves, among them Ubaydullah ibn Umar al-Qawariri, who prayed the 'Isha prayer 27 times after missing the congregation, and Imam Al-Muzani, who would pray the prayer 25 times if he missed the congregation.
