Is it necessary to wait for a certain period after urinating before performing istinja’ (cleaning oneself after urinating/defecating) and wudu’ (ablution), or is it permissible to perform istinja’ and wudu’ immediately after urinating, even if the urge to urinate returns shortly thereafter? Is it permissible to combine prayers for ease? And is it necessary to repeat istinja’ if wudu’ is nullified and I want to perform wudu’ again before the prayer time expires?

If the events, such as wind (flatulence), urination, or discharge, cease for a portion of the prayer time, then one must wait until they stop, then purify oneself and pray. However, if the event is continuous throughout the entire time or for a duration insufficient for purification and prayer, then you are a person afflicted with سلس (incontinence/constant discharge), and you must purify yourself after the time for prayer begins and take precautions.

It is recommended to sprinkle the area with water to قطع الوسوسة (ward off obsessive thoughts), and one must ignore fantasies and avoid staying in the restroom for too long.

Worship is based on alleviation, and Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity.

If urination ceases, there is no need to wait.

A person afflicted with سلس (incontinence/constant discharge) is permitted to combine two prayers.

Rejecting the intention for ablution after completing it does not invalidate it.

Istinja' (washing after defecation or urination) is not obligatory unless there is a cause for it, and passing wind (flatulence) is not a cause for it.
