Is it permissible for the one afflicted with سلس (incontinence) to pray with the ablution (wudu') he performed before the time for the prayer began (such as praying Dhuhr with the wudu' for Duha, or Fajr with the wudu' for Qiyam), provided that the time for a valid prayer has not expired?

The majority of jurists hold that a woman with Istihadha (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding) and a person afflicted with urinary incontinence must perform Wudu (ablution) for each prayer time, and their Wudu becomes invalid upon the expiry of that time. So, if one performs Wudu before the time and something (from the discharge) exits, the Wudu is nullified. Scholars have differed on the ruling regarding someone who performs Wudu before the time and nothing exits from them: whether the first Wudu suffices or if another Wudu is necessary. Hanbali jurists have explicitly mentioned this disagreement. However, Sheikh Ibn 'Uthaymeen is of the opinion that the first Wudu suffices, pointing out that the Malikis do not obligate Wudu for each prayer time for a person with incontinence except as a recommendation.
