What is the ruling on one who intentionally misses the Fajr prayer, while hearing the Adhan?

Whoever deliberately delays the Fajr prayer, despite being able to perform it on time, has committed a great sin and missed out on much good. This indicates Satan's control over him, as a man who slept until morning was mentioned to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "That is a man in whose ears Satan urinated." This falls under the warning for those who hear the call but do not answer it.
