Does the curse for which the gates of heaven are not opened, due to the accursed not being worthy of it, rebound on the curser? And is it permissible to curse an unveiled woman?

Cursing is not a characteristic of a believer with complete faith. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "(A believer is not one who slanders, nor curses, nor is obscene or vulgar)," and "Cursing a believer is like killing him." Therefore, it is not permissible for a believer to curse any Muslim, except for those whom Allah has cursed in His Book or whom the Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, has cursed. It is not permissible to curse someone who has committed a sin; rather, they should be advised with kindness. A severe warning has been mentioned for anyone who curses someone who does not deserve to be cursed, for if the curse does not find a target, it returns to its utterer.
