What is the ruling on using pirated computer programs for an Arab user who does not have enough money to buy them, and is the West advancing because of this?

The fatwa prohibiting the copying of protected computer programs is based on legitimate Islamic proofs, among them that the owner of these programs possesses them and has the right to authorize or prohibit their copying. Islamic law has paid great attention to justice and giving everyone their due right. The Arab user's lack of sufficient funds is not considered a justification for benefiting from programs without a legitimate Islamic basis, for the wrongful act of a Westerner should not be taken as a pretext for violating the law of Allah, in accordance with His saying, the Almighty: "And let not the hatred of a people for having obstructed you from the Sacred Mosque lead you to transgress" and "And let not the hatred of a people prevent you from being just. Be just; that is nearer to righteousness."
