A wife's right to equitable division (qasm) in terms of overnight stays is not forfeited if she refrains from coming to her husband due to childcare. The husband is obligated to make up for the missed period with the remaining wives. The husband must provide for his wives and children adequately, and it is not permissible for him to increase the number of wives if he is unable to provide for them.
