A fasting person should avoid anything that arouses their desires, for Allah says: "He gives up his desires, food, and drink for My sake." Wiping the male organ to remove impurity does not break the fast, as long as it was not masturbation and nothing was emitted. Your fast is valid by the consensus of jurists. Ghusl (definition) (ritual bathing) is only required upon the emission of semen. There is no harm in the ghusl you performed. Be careful in the future, and it will not harm you if it happens unintentionally without the aim of arousing desire.
