Is testifying about a car accident for an insurance company, which entails disclosing what you witnessed, considered haram due to the inclusion of usury in insurance?

Commercial insurance, in all its forms, is forbidden. However, there is no harm in giving testimony that contributes to achieving justice and removing harm; indeed, it is obligatory if there is no one else to do so, based on the Almighty's saying: (And do not conceal testimony, for whoever conceals it—his heart is sinful). Performing testimony is a religious obligation, and the involvement of an insurance company in the case does not harm you, because your testimony is to establish the truth and identify the perpetrator and the victim. It must be performed with justice, as the Almighty said: (O you who have believed, be persistently staunch for Allah, witnesses in equity, and let not the malice of a people incite you to not act justly. Act justly; it is nearer to piety).
