What can I do to feel the sweetness of faith?

The soul experiences periods of inclination and disinclination, and faith increases and decreases. The servant must strive to attain the sweetness of faith and worship through knowledge of Allah, His names, and His attributes; and knowledge of the Prophet, his biography, his noble qualities, and his worship. He should be content with Allah as his Lord, Islam as his religion, and Muhammad as his Prophet and Messenger. He should love the people of faith and dislike the people of disbelief. Allah and His Messenger should be more beloved to him than anything else. He should love a person for the sake of Allah alone, and detest returning to disbelief, while diligently observing the obligatory duties and frequently performing supererogatory acts and acts of obedience. By doing so, he will find the sweetness of faith.
