What is the religious ruling on marital problems resulting from the wife's inability to care for her children and home due to her work, and her family's refusal to allow the husband to intervene in her affairs, which led to her being taken from the marital home?

It is not permissible for the wife to go out for work or for any other reason except with the permission of her husband. If she goes out without his permission, she is considered rebellious (nashiz). If she insists on going out without her husband's permission, then Allah Almighty has guided husbands to first admonish their wives, then abandon them in bed, and then strike them with a non-injurious strike. If the wife responds, then it is not permissible for the husband to oppress her. If she does not respond after these stages, it is commendable for the husband to divorce her, because keeping her while she is rebellious may harm the husband. It has been narrated in a hadith that whoever supplicates to Allah while having a wife with bad character and does not divorce her, his supplication will not be answered.
