What is the name of the tree under which Jesus (peace be upon him) was born?

It appears from the story of Jesus in Surat Maryam that he was born near the trunk of a date palm. Mary requested something to lean on due to the intensity of her labor pains. It was said that the palm tree was dry, and it was also said that it was fruitful. What is apparent is that it was a tree, but not in its season of fruit. Knowing the type of this tree does not result in any religious ruling or action; rather, it is sufficient that it was a miracle granted to Mary, peace be upon her.
