Is it permissible for a woman suffering from irritable bowel syndrome, flatulence, and an anal fissure, from whom some feces are discharged, to combine prayers to alleviate hardship and difficulty? And is it obligatory for her to repeat the prayers if some feces are discharged after performing istinja' (ritual cleansing) during the time of the combined prayer?

A detailed fatwa was previously issued regarding the prayer and purity of one who suffers from colon issues and gas, addressing whether it is permissible for her to combine two prayers, and whether she should perform ablution for each prayer, along with other rulings. If she is not afflicted with fecal incontinence, then the emission of any amount of feces invalidates ablution, and any prayers performed thereafter must be repeated.
