Is it unlawful to use a deceptive stratagem to register for a master's degree while enrolled in a fellowship program, knowing that the university charges exorbitant fees and that this does not conflict with the training?

The aforementioned stratagem is a prohibited bribe, as stated in the Hadith: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cursed the briber and the bribed." Neither you nor the doctors are permitted to take the action mentioned, except in cases of compelling necessity. The actions of the majority of doctors do not justify this, as Allah Almighty says: "Say: Not equal are the evil and the good, even if the abundance of evil amazes you." It is recommended to be patient and not to rush, for there may be much good in delay, and because it is not permissible to do something until one knows Allah's ruling on it.
