What is the ruling on obtaining a forged master's degree for the sole purpose of expediting immigration procedures to a non-Arab country, without using it for employment or any other purpose?

It is impermissible to falsify a master's degree for any purpose, such as immigration, as it constitutes forbidden deception and fraud, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Whoever deceives is not from me." And whoever is compelled to emigrate by this means, let him consult trustworthy scholars to give him a ruling on his specific case.
