Is it permissible for an adult male to marry a minor female who has not reached puberty, and is it permissible to have intercourse with her and enjoy her?

It is permissible for an adult man to contract marriage with a young girl who has not yet reached puberty, based on the marriage of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, when she was six years old and he consummated the marriage with her when she was nine. The Almighty's saying, "And those who have not yet menstruated," indicates the possibility of marrying a young girl. If the girl is able to endure intercourse and no harm comes to her, it is permissible for the husband to enjoy her.
