What is the ruling on praying in a tent designated for women and children outside the mosque, to which loudspeakers are extended?

It is not permissible to pray outside the mosque except in case of necessity, and this situation is not a necessity. Women with noisy children should not come to the mosque so as not to disturb the worshipers, or they should pray inside the mosque. A tent should not be set up for them outside the mosque for prayer.
