Is it permissible to make up the invalidated Umrah after the rituals of Hajj, taking into consideration that we are in a state of tamattu after performing the invalidated Umrah, or must it be completed before Hajj?

The corrupted 'Umrah must be made up immediately upon ability. This is the view of the majority of jurists, and it is supported by the actions of the Companions. If the 'Umrah is corrupted and then the Hajj of Tamattu' is commenced, the Hajj is valid, because 'Umrah and Hajj are two independent rituals. However, the sacrificial animal (dam) for Tamattu' is not waived for one who corrupted his 'Umrah; this is the opinion of the majority of scholars. In summary, the corrupted 'Umrah must be made up before Hajj if possible, otherwise, it should be made up afterwards.
