Is moving the body or one of its limbs back and forth or sideways in Quran memorization and recitation circles rooted in tradition or helpful for memorization, and is it permissible to combine Quranic surahs or verses with Islamic anthems and poems in a single audio recording?

The trembling of the body or some of its parts when reciting the Quran has no basis, and we do not know that it helps with memorization. Rather, some scholars have considered it among the innovations of reciters and taken from the Jews.

As for collecting excerpts from verses, supplications, and chants in a single audio recording, there is no harm in it if the intention is teaching, admonition, or da'wah (inviting to Islam). This is by analogy with the practice of scholars, ancient and modern, in their writings, where they combine Quran, Hadith, sayings of theaf, and poetry in the chapters of their books.
