Is it permissible to put one's hand in one's ear for concentration when reciting or listening to the Qur'an?

A reciter of the Quran should reflect and show humility during recitation, for Allah Almighty says: " [This is] a Book which We have sent down to you, full of blessing, that they may ponder over its verses, and that men of understanding may remember." Therefore, it is permissible to use any means to achieve focus and reflection, such as blocking out distractions or moving away from sources of disturbance like loud noises.
