What is the ruling on a fiancée insisting on working despite there being no financial need, and the fiancé's fear of mixing and temptation?

A woman is permitted to work if she or society needs her work, provided she adheres to the lawful dress code, avoids mixing with men, and refrains from using perfume. However, it is advisable for a woman to abstain from work to dedicate herself to her home and raising her children, as the man is responsible for financial provision. Marriage is more important for a woman than work due to the affection, offspring, and chastity it provides. If a righteous woman insists on working, it is permissible to marry her, and she should not be compelled to quit her job after marriage if she adheres to the Islamic regulations, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The conditions most worthy that you fulfill are those by which you make intimacy lawful."
