Is it permissible to mediate the sale of a fully operational tourist village where alcoholic beverages will be served to tourists?

It is not permissible to mediate the sale of tourist villages that will become places of debauchery and immorality, because doing so constitutes aiding in sin and transgression. Allah Almighty said: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression). And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: (Whoever calls to misguidance will have a sin upon him similar to the sins of those who follow him). The duty is to denounce this evil and strive to change it.
