Is it permissible to say, "To the Gardens of Eternity—with God's permission—"?

It is permissible to say: "To the Gardens of Eternity, with Allah's permission," upon someone's death, intending optimism and good assumptions about Allah, and hoping that the deceased is among the people of Paradise, rather than making a definitive statement about their fate. Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen, may Allah have mercy on him, permitted phrases such as: "So-and-so, the مرحوم (one who has been shown mercy)," "May Allah envelop him in His mercy," and "He has moved on to Allah's mercy," considering them to be in the category of optimism and hope, not definitive pronouncements.
