Is it permissible to slaughter the Udhiyah after performing the Eid prayer and sermon in one place, then travel 40 kilometers to a house, and carry out the slaughter immediately upon arrival and before the people of that house pray?

This Udhiyah (sacrificial offering) is valid and sufficient, as the time for the Udhiyah, according to many scholars, begins after the sun has risen to an extent sufficient for performing two rak'ahs of prayer and two short khutbahs (sermons). This is the madhhab (school of thought) of the Shafi'is, and the apparent choice of Ibn Qudamah. As for the Hanbalis, according to the relied-upon view in their madhhab, the time for slaughter begins after the completion of the first Eid prayer in the town.
