Is it permissible to offer the sacrifice (Udhiyah) before the pilgrims to the House of Allah slaughter their sacrifices, due to the difference in Eid times?

According to the Shafi'i school, the time for sacrifice (Udhiyah) begins after the estimated duration of the Eid prayer and its two sermons. For the Hanbali school, it starts immediately after the Eid prayer is performed. The Maliki school holds that it begins when the Imam slaughters his sacrifice. What is considered in this matter is the country where the sacrificer resides.
