Is an animal sacrifice considered an Udhiyah (sacrificial offering) if the intention was made suddenly on the eve of Eid and was not present before, and the sacrifice was purchased with money taken from an invested sum?

According to some scholars, the time for sacrificing the Eid al-Adha offering begins after the sun has risen on the Day of Sacrifice, and after a duration equivalent to two short rak'ahs and two brief sermons, extending until sunset on the last day of Tashreeq (three days after the Day of Sacrifice). Some others hold that it does not begin until the Imam has finished the prayer. If one slaughters before that, it is not valid as a sacrifice and is considered a voluntary act. However, if one slaughters after this time has passed, it is valid. The time for slaughtering extends until sunset on the last day of Tashreeq, and slaughtering at night is disliked unless there is a need or a benefit.
