What is the ruling on resorting to borrowing from usurious banks when there are no job opportunities or sufficient funds for young people to achieve self-sufficiency?

If lawful sustenance becomes scarce in a place, the servant must adhere to what Allah has permitted and commanded until Allah opens up His blessings for him, especially regarding marriage for those who desire chastity, for Allah will assist him. He must take lawful means and rely on Allah, just as birds do to find their sustenance. He should work in any permissible profession, even if the wage is small, and refrain from actions that harm one's religion and worldly life, such as smoking and buying music tapes. He should also keep away from unlawful acts like usury, theft, and deceiving girls, for piety towards Allah brings sustenance and blessings.
