What is meant by "early in the day" in Fatwa no. 112474? Does it refer to the appearance of true dawn (Fajr Sadiq), sunrise, or when the sun has risen to the height of a spear?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, mentioned that the reward for one who bathes on Friday and goes early increases with their earliness. One who goes in the first hour is like one who sacrifices a camel, in the second a cow, in the third a ram, in the fourth a chicken, and in the fifth an egg. These hours begin from the start of the day, and the more correct view is that they are counted from sunrise, which is closer to the truth. Therefore, it is legislated to go early for Friday prayer from this time.
